- What exactly is a gift card?
It’s a unique code that you can give to someone else—or simply treat yourself to. It lets you buy a pair of Balao shoes, made in Portugal from recycled sports equipment.
- How do I use it?
The recipient of the gift card chooses their pair and enters the code in the designated field at checkout. The amount is automatically deducted. If the pair costs more than the card’s value, they simply pay the difference.
- Does it expire?
No. The Upcycling Passport is valid indefinitely. Take your time to choose the right pair.
- What if I don’t use the entire amount?
The remaining balance is saved on the code. You can use it on a future purchase.
- How do I receive the gift card?
