Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 12 weeks after receipt of payment for the 1st series. They are dispatched via Bpost with tracking and drop-off without signature. Delivery generally takes between 2 and 10 working days.
Packages can also be sent via registered mail with Bpost and delivered against a signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it involves additional costs. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package if delivery is not offered. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them if applicable. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.
